Customer Care Specialist:
CHANEL is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care Team in Piscataway/NYC. You will play a critical role in delivering outstanding experiences to CHANEL clients. This role interfaces with our CCC team and retail teams across all lines of business and is a key partner across several departments from Retail Operations to Digital, Education and Legal. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and a passion for people and customer service.
- Contribute to the evolution of the way CHANEL services our clients, implementing best-in-class practices
- Support the launch of new initiatives impacting clients, chanel.com services, and Boutiques
- Connect with CHANEL clients directly and help identify friction points and delighters

What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Outstanding and polished communication skills (verbal and written)

- Luxury or hospitality industry experience
Position Logistics:
- 2-3 Years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Hybrid role (NJ/NY office 3 days x week/ Remote 2 days x week)
