Scope of Work:

Operational tasks

  • Infrastructure monitoring.
  • Monthly patch installation.
  • Certificate rotation and update in components.
  • S360 Vulnerabilities.
  • Password reset for service accounts and update in all components.
  • SQL jobs, Azure data factories monitoring.
  • Daily recon report preparations.
  • Preparation for quarterly readiness.
  • Infrastructure creation and setup.
  • Planned/Adhoc backup & restoration activities in lower environments.
  • Month end execution & reports generation.
  • Data validations across servers.
  • Alerts creation and work on failures.
  • Deployment executions and monitoring
  • User permissions management.
  • Work on ICMs that are created by users.
  • Daily master data imports & Transactional loads to Client
  • SOX evidence collection and storing evidence.
  • DRI, business check point meetings.
  • Environment setup.
  • Backups monitoring in Azure recovery vault services.
  • Working on adhoc requests from FTEs.
