We are looking for a ON SITE SQL Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis with an emphasis on advanced sql queries. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

The candidate MUST be located in Downers Grove, IL or the greater Chicago area.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

· Develop and execute complex queries and conduct analyses

· Presenting information through reports and visualization

· Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)

· Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

· Evaluate and improve existing BI systems

· Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

· Develop and update technical documentation

Education/Experience Skills: A four-year degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and lift objects up to 20 lbs.
• Work Environment:
• This position is hybrid to come into the office 3 times a week.
• The noise level is moderate based on general conversation tones, ringing phones and laser printer operation.
• Works in well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
• Overnight travel (less than 10%) by land and/or air required.
• Be available for On-Call as needed.
