Sr. Civil Land Development Project Manager

Description:

Ripple Effect Consulting is seeking experienced talent for a Sr. Land Development Project Manager position in Englewood, CO! This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join a team of outstanding professionals. This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

Required Skills & Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience
• Proven Business Development Experience
• Leadership and mentoring of project team
• AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
• Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
• Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to work and manage in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
