Overview:
The Foodservice Project Specialist will work directly with our Distributors, Foodservice Managers, and the Director of Foodservice in developing and implementing any and all programs for the purposes of improving service and enhancing capabilities in a Foodservice Account. The Foodservice Project Specialist will work closely with various departments to achieve goals related to the development and implementation of new and special projects with our Foodservice and Distributor partners. They will continually strive to enhance the effectiveness of initiatives related to the betterment of our service levels and associate training by identifying and incorporating best practices and using knowledge of trends in the industry.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Interface with Foodservice Account Mgmt, Distributors and various other departments to identify needs and develop, coordinate and implement training for customer service, sales, associate development and related programs for all Foodservice partners.
- Assist with maintaining, planning and implementation of various programs and initiatives.
- Create training manuals, reference and procedures guides to support project implementation.
- Work with Distributors and Foodservice Account Managers to coordinate and deliver hands on training of any and all projects.
- Assist in the development of recipes for new product roll out, miscellaneous programs and Flex pages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Distributors and Foodservice accounts throughout the country with weekly communications, Distributor visits and ongoing support.
