We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with 5+ years of experience in hardware, software and IoT device testing of highly integrated solutions and leading a team of 5+ QA testers. This position requires being onsite in Philadelphia PA.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA testers, managing test efforts and organizing release cycles with product teams. You are an individual who is motivated to drive continuous improvement in QA tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team to develop and execute end-to-end testing
• Coordinate the inventory solutions and integrated device setup between QA and Product teams
• Drive and manage QA project schedules; manage release cycles
• Assist product and development groups in resolving technical issues (i.e. reproduce defects)
• Report on and maintain software defects overall and on release basis
• Provide hands-on support as needed
• Coach and mentor QA Engineers in a team oriented environment.
• Conduct release retros to define continuous improvement within QA and cross functional workflows.
• Define, implement QA processes: including, but not limited to release criteria/scheduling, KPIs
• Drive QA best practices on regression, automation, defect metrics
• Evaluate new technology and techniques in order to improve/create cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in QA and Automation
• Min 2 to 3 years experience in leading a team 3+ QA testers
• Experience using postman for API testing
• Experience with Azure integration for test plans
• Sound knowledge with Mobile Testing on iOS and Android.
• Sound knowledge on mobile test automation tools like Appium, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to reprioritize as needed in a fast paced environment
