This position is located at our Austin headquarters and reports to the President of the company. Main Objective: Drive the vision and scope of marketing for the current team and for the company.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Keep a team focused and manage priorities
• A demonstrated successful background in B2B digital marketing
• Data-driven decision making
• Understand how to drive leads using SEO/SEM
• CRM organization, instituting best practices for data management
• Owning marketing plans from ideation to execution
• B2B email marketing strategy
• Trade conference strategy
• Building a multi-channel narrative
• Website management
• Budget management
• Digital advertising (Adwords, Analytics, social, etc.)
• Researching demand for products and services
• Competitive research

Ideally, you have had about 8-10 years of experience in a fast-growth environment, have successfully managed teams, and have a Master’s degree in a field related to communications, marketing, or education. An education-connected background is definitely a plus.
