The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will lead all recruitment efforts for professional roles for the US Commercial, Growth, and New Ventures businesses. The Senior Manager will design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top, diverse talent. They will lead and coach their team of recruiters to deliver talent solutions and qualified candidates to the business, while driving an exciting and positive candidate experience. This role will ensure the team is performing within established metrics including diversity of slate, candidate quality, and time to accept. This role will partner with business leaders to influence and execute recruitment strategies to raise the talent bar in the organization.


Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure execution of full lifecycle recruitment for all salaried and hourly roles. Ensure full pipeline of candidates for open and future critical roles.
  • Develop and manage a high performing team of recruiters; Ensure team is meeting and exceeding key recruitment metrics.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on marketplace trends, talent availability, and analysis of competitors. Lead team in identifying and interpreting external market trends to drive overall talent strategies.
  • Partner with COE’s to understand current talent and diversity gaps across client groups and develop customized attraction and engagement strategies to organize sourcing efforts. Ensure team is delivering diverse slates.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders to ensure Talent Acquisition function is meeting business needs through advising leaders on recruiting solutions, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with business leaders across functions to review and understand short and long-term strategy, identify trends, and develop plan, encompassing both internal moves and external recruitment.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

  • HR technical expertise, specifically up-to-date knowledge about the Talent Acquisition function to include sourcing, full cycle recruitment, labor market data, trends and technology.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with technology required to complete assigned tasks and looks for new applications of technology to streamline current work
  • Internal Consulting Expertise - Provides leadership, consultative guidance and support to the business related to Talent Acquisition. Able to identify and addresses the critical needs of the business, including identification of future opportunities.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • 8-10 years progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience leading and/or managing others, particularly in a talent attraction, talent acquisition, and/or recruitment-focused role
  • High proficiency in integrated recruitment systems (ATS & CRM)
