Cadence is looking for a trailblazer to envision innovative solutions targeted towards Hyper-Scalar and Enterprise markets. The position will directly “technical program manages” delivery of cutting edge solutions to resolve challenges faced by Cadence key customers and maximize Cadence foot print. Be the technology evangelist internally and externally. Has proven track record of managing successful products/solution by effectively working cross functional engineering teams to drive alignment, accountability, and quality.

- Technical needs analysis based on key customers.
- Translate these needs to high level business/product planning and prioritization
- Create roadmap for solutions, generate requirements/specifications documents to clearly define solution.
- Achieve approvals/endorsements from both Cadence management and customers key stake holders.
- Co-Own the solution from concept to delivery to deployment.
- Responsible for customer relationship throughout the engagement Leader/influencer to cross functional engineering teams across multiple organizations.
- Establish credibility with technical knowledge and understanding of the market
- Responsible for internal and external communications of why, what and how.
- Communicate solution development, manage customer expectations and ensure all development teams are in sync with the goal and deliveries
- Manage/leverage Cadence partners and Eco system to drive more value with larger scale integration with 3rd party services/products/solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales to highlight solutions with on-going sales campaigns and executive level communication
- A pioneer in establishing efficient Program Management practices with rich metrics enabling constant improvement of ROI Proficient in PPT.
- Ability to put executive dashboards comprehending status, next steps other important metrics while keeping an eye on $$ Qualifications and Requirements
MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience in Product or Technical management addressing
- 5+ the Enterprise and/or Hyper-scalar market
- Some exposure to and experience in SoC design and implementation
- Self-starter and independent thinker Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to clearly communicate from Exec to engineering level Proven availability to create strong technical relationships externally and internally Would be a PLUS if the candidate has US security clearance
