Overview:
  • Assumes responsibility for processing transactions pertaining to Vendor/Account specific Software Licensing programs and support at TD SYNNEX and directs response activities to optimize departmental bandwidth.
  • Assigned to larger/strategic vendor accounts.
  • Offers live support for all licensing questions, configures quotes, gathers appropriate documentation, follows up on quotes, and places orders.
  • Enter and track orders through the entire process.
  • Acts in a lead role on team with emphasis on following up on issues and taking customer service to the next level.
  • Supports Customers, Sales, Business Development Managers, Credit, and Vendor in facilitation of all Software Licensing and Support Programs.
  • Assumes full team/sales department-wide responsibility for supporting software licensing questions, order entry, as well as any issues/problems as a result. Files software licensing quotes/orders in order system.
  • Timely and appropriate escalation of customer issues.
  • Staffs phones to achieve superior customer service levels.
  • Supports/ensures licensing opportunities for sales/customers.
  • Gathers all appropriate documentation needed to facilitate order.
  • Logs licensing quotes and uses appropriate follow up procedure.
  • Effectively utilizes corporate resources for optimum customer service.
  • Participates in vendor sponsored and corporate sponsored training.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
  • Able to provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Possesses strong data entry skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Cisco.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • English is preferred
