- Assumes responsibility for processing transactions pertaining to Vendor/Account specific Software Licensing programs and support at TD SYNNEX and directs response activities to optimize departmental bandwidth.
- Assigned to larger/strategic vendor accounts.
- Offers live support for all licensing questions, configures quotes, gathers appropriate documentation, follows up on quotes, and places orders.
- Enter and track orders through the entire process.
- Acts in a lead role on team with emphasis on following up on issues and taking customer service to the next level.
- Supports Customers, Sales, Business Development Managers, Credit, and Vendor in facilitation of all Software Licensing and Support Programs.
- Assumes full team/sales department-wide responsibility for supporting software licensing questions, order entry, as well as any issues/problems as a result. Files software licensing quotes/orders in order system.
- Timely and appropriate escalation of customer issues.
- Staffs phones to achieve superior customer service levels.
- Supports/ensures licensing opportunities for sales/customers.
- Gathers all appropriate documentation needed to facilitate order.
- Logs licensing quotes and uses appropriate follow up procedure.
- Effectively utilizes corporate resources for optimum customer service.
- Participates in vendor sponsored and corporate sponsored training.
- Performs additional duties as assigned

- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
- Able to provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Cisco.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- English is preferred
