St Vincent de Paul Processing Center
Our production crew sorts, prices and distributes donated items to our seven charitable Dane County Thrift Stores. We are currently recruiting full-time positions ONLY:
Shifts are (weekdays only) from 6:45/7am- 5:15/5:30pm 4/10 hour days a week for all full-time positions
Starting wages begin at $17.00/hr with a wage bump after 6 months to $17.75

We are looking to fill multiple production positions at our Processing Center located at 1109 Jonathon Dr. Madison, WI 53713. Do you have a love for unique items? Prospective candidates must be able to meet or learn the below criteria:
Primary duties:
- Check donations for quality and saleability:
- Prepare good quality donations for resale in thrift stores
- Sort and properly recycle unusable donations
- Punctual and work required shifts consistently
- Able to meet production quotas at all assigned workstations
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis and stand at workstation for 3 hours between breaks
- Able to work cooperatively in a team setting
- Flexible with job changes, willing and able to do other tasks when requested
- Capable of making speedy and accurate judgments of clothing based on quality control
Must be 18 or older

- 100 PAID time off hours for 1st year of employment. 140 PAID time off hours for 2nd year of employment. Additional 8 hours per year after 4th year until maxed at the 13th year of employment with 220 hours per year eligibility. PTO hours are accrued biweekly and employees are eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
- 48 Hours of SICK time per year. SICK hours are accrued biweekly
- SEP/IRA after 2 years of employment. 100% funded by SVDP
