Com-Pac International, a highly progressive manufacturer of flexible packaging products for the medical and food service industries, has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. The ideal individual will be responsible for conducting general bookkeeping activities, accounts receivable transaction accounting, accounts payable transaction accounting, cashflow monitoring and reporting, multiple bank account statement reconciliations, receipt of customer payment for products delivered, make bank deposits, issue company payment for products and services purchased, process inter-company transfer of funds, credit card reconciliations, employee expense report processing, general ledger postings, etc. Individual is responsible for efficiently functioning within and across departments as well as interfacing with customer and vendor personnel to obtain and communicate information to perform required duties. Candidate should be competent in basic financial, accounting and general ledger principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
