Vantage at Wilbraham is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

You will be responsible for working with the Director of Nursing Services to determine and identify staffing needs, plan schedules, and maintain employee related schedule records. You will particpate in the planning process to ensure shift coverage, work closely with department staff to process time off, and maintain attendance records as needed.

• Basic computer skills
• Prepare all shift schedules and communicate clearly to staff.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for the Nursing department's master schedule, daily and monthly scheduling to ensure all units and shifts are staffed.
• Making staffing adjustments based on census and acuity.
• Daily contact with DNS regarding employee related matters.
• Timecard edits -Missing punches, time off and sick time.

Previous work experience with proven track record in similiar position: scheduling, timekeeping or payroll, preferably in healthcare a plus.

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
