Responsibilities and Qualifications include:

Identifying qualified applicants

Screen and Assess candidates

Conduct in-person interviews with candidates

Knowledge of the recruitment process and ability to help candidates complete employee paperwork such as I-9 & W-4, in addition to background checks and drug screenings for all candidates

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Prior staffing experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and a diverse workforce

Computer skills a must

Bilingual English/Spanish helpful

Collaborate with Branch Manager and Operations Manager on job fairs and networking opportunities
