Assistance Home Care – Staffing Client Care Coordinator

We are looking to grow our team of Client Care Coordinators & Staffing Specialists to join our Weekend & Holiday team. We have the opportunity for 2 dynamic individuals to join our team full time. Our Care Coordination Team is responsible for coordinating the schedules & staffing our Home Health Aides, Caregivers, and Certified Nurses Assistants in consistent, on-ongoing scheduled.

Schedule:

Rotating Schedule:

  • Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
    • 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday
    • 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Additional Scheduling Details:

  • Each shift will be a 12 hour shift, a total of 36 or 48 hrs./wk.
  • Team members will also support with a Holiday Rotation

Benefits / Pay Rate

Hourly Compensation Rate starting at $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

Our Staffing and Scheduling Coordinators will assist with building relationships between our Caregivers and Clients and building out consistent care teams for our clients.

  • Be familiar with or excited to learn about geriatric care, including the technical components of the caregiver role: Bathing, toileting, ambulation support, transferring, cooking, housekeeping, companionship, meaningful activities, transportation, possible pet care, and other caregiving tasks.
  • Understand different personality types & skill sets and recognize the ‘right match’ between clients and care professionals

Client Care Coordinator are people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking the challenge of scheduling beyond just connecting people with clients, but matchmaking personalities and skills to ensure the right fit between Care Pros and clients. Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background in scheduling, service industry (Retail, Food Management, etc.) prior HHA or CNA preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs.
  • Must meet the following bonified qualifications for employment:
    • Valid & active driver’s license.
    • Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
    • Valid and active auto insurance.
    • Subject to pre- and post-hire 9 panel drug screenings.
    • Pass an extensive criminal background check.
    • Must be vaccinated against Covid 19
