This position will ideally be local to Chicagoland area.

Job Summary: The Standards and Solutions Coordinator primary responsibilities are to process and organize details related to specific accounts, client expectations, tasks, or projects. They assist with being an interface between the Spec and Solutions Program Manager as well as the Standards and Quality Manager and Program Managers. They take direction from leadership providing day-to-day administrative support to assist in providing exceptional service to our customers.

  • Maintain accuracy in data entry into access-based system, spreadsheets and client required third-party as well as other client required communication methods
  • Taking detailed notes during conference calls/meetings and disseminating as required
  • Assist the team in the coordination of multiple projects at one time.
  • Daily reporting on status of projects/tasks they are managing
  • Prioritize workflow and determine the importance and accuracy of work
  • Follow up on scope of work and artwork/brandbook requests, and ensure they are on track to meet dates
  • Assit in communicating scope of work changes are captured in change order process
  • Organize and prioritize functions on a daily basis to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet quantifiable performance goals, both internally and based on client expectations
  • Effectively communicate with team members, clients if required and internal departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education, experience, certifications

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Minimum 3 years in a combined customer service/project management/clerical role preferred.

Physical and mental demands

  • Ability to manage a large number of tasks at any given time
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines delegated by the company and customer
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and stressful situations
  • Ability to sit for an extended amount of time
  • Ability to work on the computer 8+ hours a day
  • Ability to work beyond 40 hours, as necessary
