Job description

We're looking for an energetic Barista to fit into our family of driven and friendly baristas. This Starbucks operates out of a bustling hotel- The DoubleTree by Hilton- Nashville Downtown. As a barista, you will be welcoming customers, making drinks, and providing quick and high-quality service. You must have friendly interpersonal skills and be capable of functioning as part of a team. We expect you to have strong customer-service skills, along with a passion for coffee. Your goals will be to operate the coffee shop using established food-service standards and ensure the satisfaction of all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee following the coffeehouse's recipes and procedures.
• Attend to customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner ensuring that beverages are served correctly.
• Serve food items such as donuts, sandwiches and other baked goods.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks, like cleaning countertops, washing dishes, and taking out the trash.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
