Astoria Place of Silverton is looking for dedicated, caring, team-oriented State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team!

We are looking for State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) who want to be able to make a difference in someone's life and provide them with the much needed care and compassion that they deserve.

We are a 98 bed facility and have a specialized unit for men with dementia. We are hiring for full-time and part-time day and night shift. We offer 12 hour shifts for State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) .

Duties for State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Include:

Monitoring Residents.

Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.

Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.

Prepping of meal trays and reporting food / fluid intake.

Feeding Residents & distributing nutritional supplements.

Making beds & maintaining the Residents’ space to be clean and tidy.

Transporting Residents within the Facility.

Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores Keeping Confidentiality of all

Resident & Facility data Requirements:

o Successful completion of a STNA program Current State Certification Must be in good standing with State Registry

o Must be able to work as a team player

o Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health
