Job Description


Zscaler, headquartered in San Jose, CA, is looking for a full-time Stock Administrator to join our Legal Team. This position will report to the Director, Global Equity and can be fully remote anywhere in the PST/MST time zone.

We need someone that can:

  • Administer all day-to-day stock activities including but not limited to stock option exercises, terminations, account updates
  • Maintain SOX Compliance working with the internal audit team
  • Provide superior level of customer service to employees and business partners
  • Assist with employee education and new hire presentations as needed
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Payroll and P&C departments providing support as requested for reporting
  • Maintain pristine EEO database reconciling address updates, terminations, taxes on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with mobility tracking
  • Administer ESPP (US and International), including enrollment and ESPP limits
  • Assist with special projects on an as needed basis
  • Lead efforts to automate manual processes

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of stock administration experience; preferably in a global public company
  • Experience with E*TRADE’s EEO equity platform a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Attention to detail is a must, including strong analytical ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • CEP or desire to obtain
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
