Job description

The Professional Group is seeking Stockroom Clerk for its client LATAM Airlines, Located in Miami Airport.

This position is responsible for the reception, storage and dispatch of aircraft parts for the maintenance area, and the control and management of inventories according to the procedures and standards established by the company and the different aeronautical authorities.

Some of the main responsibilities of this position are:

• Reception and dispatch of the aircrafts parts stockroom, compliance with control procedures, and entry and exit records.
• Look after the parts, components, tools and materials inventory for aeronautical use.
• Control the reliability of the physical inventory by checking the physical records against the system.
• Maintain the technical stockroom clean and organized at all times.
• Control calibration and expiration according to the regulations currently in force.
• Perform other activities of similar nature according to the needs of the department.

Job Requirements:

• Desirable previous work experience in inventory and warehouse.
• Desirable previous work experience in airline industry.
• Desirable Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Availability to work in different shifts
• MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.38 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Inventory control: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
