Job Summary

Applejack Wine and Spirits is hiring a Greeter to welcome all customers with a smile and to be well informed in order to answer any questions customers may have as they enter. This person will truly be the first face people will see and will represent Applejack in a professional manner. The greeter will help create a good shopping experience by keeping their area clean and organized. They may also be required to watch the front door and monitor the area for theft.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Proactively approach customers to identify their needs
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Direct customers to different areas of the store as needed
• Maintain store safety standards and store cleanliness
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Dress and present self in a clean and professional manner
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass background check
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays
