Massage Envy, a top provider of massage and skincare services, is looking for a results-driven and customer-centric individual to become a part of our team as a leader. As a key player in this position, you will be responsible for informing our guests about our Wellness Program while also providing support to our exceptional team in managing all aspects of the clinic.
Our clinic has been nationally recognized multiple times, notably receiving the 2019 Manager of the Year award. As a result of being owned by a single unit franchisee, we are able to maintain a close-knit family like atmosphere that places great emphasis on creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and team members, all while striving for excellence in everything we do.

What We're Looking For:
- Coach and mentor the front desk team
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
- Schedule guests with the appropriate Service Provider
- Ensure all guests are treated with respect and kindness
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- 5 years of customer service & management experience preferred
