About You

We are seeking a motivated Storeroom Clerk for our Jacksonville, FL location. The person we are looking for is energetic, success driven, and reliable. You are a valuable member of the team and a key player in the success of the business.

Position Snapshot

You will maintain the storeroom inventory, review requisitions, issue and follow up on purchase orders, and receive and ship packages. You work daily to ensure assigned areas of responsibility are working with risk lowered to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) specifically to achieve “ZERO HARM” so no injuries, illness or negative impact occurs to employees, property, the environment or the community.

To perform well in this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrate competence in computers and software programs necessary to complete tasks
• Open and Inspect deliveries to ensure correct items and quantities.
• Read and understand Maintenance Work Orders.
• Perform cycle counts regularly to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
• Make adjustments to inventory based on counts.
• Deliver items to appropriate internal customer.
• Review re-order reports to verify and inspect for accuracy.
• Issue item numbers to new additions to inventory.
• Call vendors for prices and delivery quotes.
• Meet with vendors as necessary.

Qualifications to be considered for the role:

• To perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accuracy and simple use of calculators, adding machine, telephone, and typical office equipment.
• Adaptable to clerical routines.
• A minimum of 3 months work-related experience is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be acceptable.
• Forklift License
• Driver License

Job Type: Full-time

$15.00 to $17.50 depending on experience plus bi-weekly “Teamshare Production Incentive”.
