About the Role
This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
Federal Program / Study Coordinator– Silver Spring, MD
The Study Coordinator oversees the entire process of clinical research from its inception to its completion. The coordinators make certain that human subjects are safe and well-protected. They identify the eligibility of the subject through clinical record screening and medical information extracting. The study coordinator will work under immediate supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-person and virtual data collections in support of behavioral health evaluation efforts.
• • Maintains the regulatory documents based on the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- Assists with obtaining letters of support prior to the start of data collections.
- Coordinate time, date, location, and platform for interviews, focus groups, or survey administration, to include email and phone correspondence with unit points of contact.
- Maintain contact with unit point of contact to confirm completion of the data collections.
- Assist with data collections to include on-site coordination of data collections, distributing surveys, and conducting training quality control checks.
- Perform study administrative tasks including printing, scanning, and preparing and organizing study materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with moderate experience in the military field or related experience preferred.
- 1 year experience in clinical research preferred
- Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, and posses a positive, friendly and professional demeanor
- Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software
Clearance Requirement: Public Trust / High Risk
As this position is categorized as Public Trust / High Risk position, candidates will be subject to appropriate Background Investigation.
