Tillage Construction LLC, a Baton Rouge based General Construction Company seeks permanent site superintendent for Immediate local projects. The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Construction with a strong vertical and renovation. The Candidate must have the ability to oversee project planning, scheduling, as well as project implementation.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Successfully manage project according to the approved project schedule
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and Parish officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial construction site management
Familiarity with construction management software
