Position Title: Supervisor, Guest Experience
Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our Guest Services and Screeners at the Main Hospital, several off-site locations and Sophia’s House. May spend a substantial portion of time performing the same duties as other staff in the department.
What the Supervisor, Guest Experience will need:
- Associate degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of customer service experience
- Preferred:Five years of customer service and oversight of teams
- Ability to manage high volume of phone calls and remain organized and composed
- Work under tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks, while showing respect and courtesy to everyone
What the Supervisor, Guest Experience will do:
- Coordinates general administrative responsibilities and has oversight for daily operations for the team.
- Organizes and oversees activities, as well as assigning and monitoring work of others day to day.
- Assists with guidance and oversight of on-site volunteers as they interact with our guests at our Main Entrance locations and Sophia’s House.
