Position Title: Supervisor, Guest Experience

Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our Guest Services and Screeners at the Main Hospital, several off-site locations and Sophia’s House. May spend a substantial portion of time performing the same duties as other staff in the department.

What the Supervisor, Guest Experience will need:

• Associate degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of customer service experience
• Preferred:Five years of customer service and oversight of teams
• Ability to manage high volume of phone calls and remain organized and composed
• Work under tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks, while showing respect and courtesy to everyone

What the Supervisor, Guest Experience will do:

• Coordinates general administrative responsibilities and has oversight for daily operations for the team.
• Organizes and oversees activities, as well as assigning and monitoring work of others day to day.
• Assists with guidance and oversight of on-site volunteers as they interact with our guests at our Main Entrance locations and Sophia’s House.
