Supervisor, Network Services/Operations (Escanaba/Traverse City)
Job description
Manager/Supervisor of Network Services will oversee the day to day activities of outside plant, fiber and VoIP technicians. Travel may be required as technicians and customers are located in the Traverse City and Escanaba areas. This role will oversee the installation and repair across the Michigan Broadband exchanges. Customer service and interaction skills are critical. Network Services technicians perform both work across multiple areas. Additional tasks include:
- Training and development
- Ensuring that installation and repair request flow through to completion and on time
- Responding to technician needs
- Oversee scheduling of work and technicians
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
