C & A Scientific is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin. This Supply Chain Coordinator will be an active member of the Procurement team will be tasked with obtaining a clear understanding of C&As supply chain process and attending to administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of purchasing activities and a motivation to learn and grow in a scaling company. This position can be performed on a hybrid work basis.

Responsibilities:

• Able to conduct a cost analysis
• Able to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Track changes in material availability
• Analyze Commodity trends
• Participate in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of purchases
• Assist in identifying, developing, and implementing cost savings initiatives
• Learn to plan purchases, support the production schedule, and drive cost savings
• Work with management to anticipate, plan for, communicate and mitigate evolutions in projects
  
• Work across departments on important reports/projects

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Psychology or related field
• Experience working on large projects
• Able to take agency over tasks and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Exceptional time and project management skills.
• Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward
• Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of financial analysis
• Experience working in international business markets
• Experience working with internationals Supply Chains
