POSITION OVERVIEW
- Support growth of the supply chain by leading projects related to expanding supply chain network, including new distribution center and new offerings in the distribution center
- Full time in the Cranbury, NJ Distribution Center. Option to work one day a week remotely.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead cross-functional team to design, build, and implement a new warehouse that services both B2B and B2C channels and multiple brands, including transition planning and training for new facility
- Create, track, manage and provide updates on progress and timelines to leadership team regarding projects and initiatives
- Lead and participate in workshops to develop and design processes, system requirements and layouts on distribution center projects, escalating potential concerns and conflicts based on supply chain expertise
- implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet team expectations
- Lead development of RFPs for equipment in new distribution centers, and the selection of recommended vendor. Manage the relationship with the selected partners, including bringing the appropriate internal personnel through the design, develop, implementation and test phases of the project, including any interdependencies between parties
- Coordinates communication with the project team impacted or supporting the project scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Identify and escalate issues that may delay project deliverables and timelines; recommend risk mitigation strategies, contingencies, and actions, when appropriate.
- Build relationships and work closely with internal departments, including functional teams and brand representatives and/or outside vendors to ensure project completion

- Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing similar complex supply chain projects
- 5+ years of experience owning the design, implementation and optimization of supply chain initiatives
- Track record of effective planning and delivery of supply chain strategy, distribution center design, distribution center implementation and/ or automation projects required, preferably in a retail environment with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with WMS, preferably Manhattan, and WCS preferred
- Comfortable in analyzing data and presenting analytical conclusions
- Ability to communicate and present across all levels of employees, business teams, and management
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple, concurrent priorities
- Must be a critical thinker, self-starter who can work alone or within groups at all levels
- Build consensus across teams
- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Degree in Supply Chain or Management field preferred

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $145,000- $176,000
