Job Responsibilities:

Must be familiar with EDI (high-level)

The role’s key responsibilities include order processing for direct and indirect items; (Order processing, follow-up with logistics, etc.)

Must be proficient with sourcing, procurement, demand planning/forecasting, excel, etc

Ability to manage / take responsibility for all aspects of assigned brands; Role will interact with internal and external stakeholders

Assist with write work instructions for sales and operating procedures (S&OP)

Provide suggestions to management for improving business processes

Identify cost savings opportunities and create business cases for investment

Analyzing customer demand forecasts to determine how much product should be produced and in what time frame

Using specialist tools to extract the data needed

Responding to data-related queries and keeping track of these

Analyzing data to identify trends

Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient

Researching new ways to make use of data

Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to non-specialists

Presenting information generated from data to clients and managers

Analyzing supply chain processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency or reduce costs

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to safety, security, environmental protection, etc.

Reviewing data on current inventory levels to identify any shortages or overages

Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure they are meeting quality standards and can deliver products on time

Creating reports about supply chain activities such as cost analysis, distribution analysis, feasibility studies, etc.

Managing inventory levels by ordering additional supplies when needed or selling excess inventory to reduce out-of-stock situations

Managing the purchase of raw materials for manufacturing products or services through contracts with suppliers

Determining the best method for transporting goods from one location to another based on time requirements and cost considerations

Preferred: Basic knowledge in one or more of the following: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Production/Operations Management/Business Management

When we work with our creative entrepreneurs, bringing a product to life is no small feat - it takes a large amount of effort to ensure a seamless experience for their customers. It’s our job to make sure everything happens flawlessly.
