Job Description:
AriensCo Hospitality is looking for energetic Support Staff for our breathtaking new venues in Brillion, WI (Round Lake Farms, Stone Prairie, and Ariens Nordic Center).
The Day to Day...

Potential to be working in the private event venues and/or the Ariens Nordic Center.

Set-up and teardown of the meeting and event rooms as outlined by the Banquet Event Order

Unloading equipment (potentially out of trailers) and setting up venues for events, including chairs and tables.

Working under the instructions of the Leadership Team.

Ensuring the spaces are clean and organized.
-
Maintain venue including cleaning floors, windows, empty garbage, etc.

Adhering to facility safety standards.

Ensuring excellent levels of customer service while interacting with our guests and vendors.

Setting up sound equipment and other rental items.

Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.

Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, etc.

Working a register to sell passes, rental equipment, and apparel.

Restocking retail items and keeping the retail space organized.

All other tasks assigned based on the needs of the venue.
The Qualifications...

Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.

Basic math skills.

Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.

Observant and thorough.

Responsible, punctual.

Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends.
