Job description
Immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED SURGERY SCHEDULER. This position is a vital part our of office who must be extremely accurate, friendly, helpful, compassionate, patient and cooperative. A clinical nursing background is preferred and experience with_ surgery _scheduling is required!
This position requires attention to detail, handling and tracking large volumes of paperwork.
- Heavy phone work scheduling surgeries for multiple doctors.
- Requires a cooperative attitude to assist other healthcare team members and patients as needed.
- Requires excellent computer skills, ability to multi task, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with deadlines.
