Job description
The System Administrator provides expertise in technologies infrastructure, networks, and security administration. They actively maintain the agency’s information systems, local and wireless networks, and telecommunications. This includes maintaining high-availability, backups, and disaster recovery. Associate Degree or Certificate in IT, or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years in systems administration. In-depth knowledge of networks and security infrastructure. In-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft ecosystems including Windows, and O365. Ability to respond to support requests and coordinate resolution with employees and 3rd party vendors, as appropriate.
