Job Title: Systems Analyst/Programmer

Department: Information Technology

Accountability: This Position Reports to the Director of Quality and Information Technology

Job Description/Duties:

• Coordinate with departments to determine business needs and opportunities for improvement
• Optimize business processes to reduce error and increase efficiency
• Design, develop, and document software systems
• Maintain and improve existing software systems
• Oversee and manage third-party software projects
• Manage day-to-day software issues that arise, working with users to resolve
• Build reports and assist management with data analysis
• Learn to use new development tools as necessary
• Understanding and using software best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work and communicate with other developers and departments
• Effective time management and independently work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Comprehension of accounting principles and how to implement them in software

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WinForms, WebForms, WPF, and related Microsoft technologies
• General programming logic in various languages
• Understanding of relational database systems and SQL
• Familiarity with ETL processes
• Experience building quality reports

Physical Requirements:

• Corrected 20/20 vision
