Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Test and Evaluation (T&E) community at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (PHD). Your duties may involve, but are not limited to:

• Data analysis of T&E related event top level information using the Naval Sea Systems iNFUSION Wiki platform. Assist with analyzing this data toward identifying problem areas to be addressed by appropriate subject matter experts and other decision makers.
• Technical writing as you assist various efforts across PHD toward standardizing T&E related policies and procedures.
• Administration support to high visible T&E related meetings to include coordination between participants, schedules, agenda, etc. Support managing the high level PHD T&E schedule of test events and associated deliverables. And lead management of PHD’s Total Quality Standard (TQS) training certification for key T&E positions to include issuing notification when those in these positions are due for recertification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years experience with Technical writing
• Minimum 2 years experience with Task management/schedule development and status tracking
• An understanding of database software (iNFUSION Wiki experience a plus)

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience with Navy Ship Test and Evaluation Events

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
