Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onboarding for all new hires reporting to the Support Center
  • Complete all preparation for corporate orientation: obtain badges, put together new hires baskets, compile new hire welcome folders, correspondence to new hires and hiring managers
  • Main point of contact for Support Center new hire and employee drug testing, communicating any changes with the company: new locations, address changes, granting and removing access, and ordering supplies
  • Work with HR in the field to assist in onboarding for non-Support Center employees when support is needed
  • Help with review and updating of temp agency contracts
  • Monitor and respond to HRCorpSupport, TA Mailbox, ServiceDesk Plus employee inquiries, utilize ADP/Enterprise data to assign inquiries to the appropriate HR areas
  • Manage I9 audit and storage of related files
  • Direct employees on how to update their information in Employee Self Service
  • Admin of employee related agreements
  • Organization and the editing of job templates, in collaboration with the Compensation Department
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, while delivering best practices and innovation in research and sourcing techniques to help support recruiting talent
  • Assist in sourcing of candidates on a “as-needed” basis
  • Establishing effective relationships with internal clients, candidates, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or recruiting
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Experience in establishing high standards of service delivery to customers and clients
  • Knowledge of HR and EEOC policies is helpful
  • Ability to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests, issues, e-mails, or other events in a timely and flexible fashion
