Position Purpose:
As part of the Butterball Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an important part of the recruiting process and is critical to providing best in class candidate experience. The talent acquisition coordinator is a key member of the Butterball Talent Acquisition team and is involved in all aspects of the candidate management process.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
· Provide full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding support to the talent acquisition team. This includes posting positions to various job boards, sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill roles, conducting pre-employment checks, assisting with the onboarding process, and maintaining accurate documentation in Butterball’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Assist with analytics to provide strategic insight into talent acquisition activities.
· Support the continued implementation of centralized recruiting processes and strategies across the organization
· Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and implement process improvements on Talent Acquisition process
· Ensure a positive candidate experience from first outreach through hire
· Schedule phone and onsite interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates and relocated team members, reserve conference rooms, and provide confirmations for the candidates
· Assist with the movement and flow of candidates during interviews
· Ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition processes and policies, and maintain accurate, auditable recruiting records
· Manage and organize inventory of employment branding materials and gifts
· Special Projects: as needed lead and monitor special projects throughout the year that are critical to business (including college recruitment strategy, intern programs, branding / social media, and others)

· The ideal candidate for the talent acquisition coordinator role will have demonstrated strong capabilities to engage top talent into critical skilled professional roles and create a best-in-class experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated customer management and relationship building skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills (follow-up and attention to detail).
· Experience with scheduling tools (Outlook preferred) and proven success working with all levels of the organization (including c-suite roles) to develop candidate itineraries
· Experience with an applicant tracking and HRIS tool (Taleo/SAP preferred).
· Experience identifying and addressing root cause of cycle-time bottlenecks
· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience:
· 1+ years of experience in customer support/relationship role
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
