Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company attract and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees. To excel in this role, we expect this individual to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talent and a passion to help them find success in a great company.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Work together with hiring managers to build and execute recruitment tactics
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and plans for sourcing great talent
• Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process, from content of job descriptions, formulation of interview panels as well as candidate experience
• Manage Applicant Tracking System while ensuring a pipeline of both active and passive candidates
• Design, plan and execute employer branding initiatives
• Execute all recruitment and selection processes including screening calls, first and second round interviews, reference checking, offers of employment etc.
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the selection process
• Assist in employee retention and development activities; conducting stay interviews partnering with the HR team in all HR activities
• Compile recruitment and selection data and complete all new hire reporting information
• Other duties as assigned

And here’s what we think you’re like:

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or another relevant field
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
• Agency/Technical Recruiting Skills are a must
• Demonstrated ability to build robust pipelines of candidates for current and future roles
• Understanding of selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and employment job boards
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other databases
• Excellent communication skills
• A passionate, well organized, get it done HR professional
• A leader and strategic thinker
