This position is responsible for managing the recruitment function for Knowles Precision Devices (KPD).
Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment personnel at KPD locations throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and management of Talent Acquisition processes.

Maintain a req load of 5-20 salaried requisitions.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs.

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies with specific consideration given to local differences and trends.

Develop, implement, and manage onboarding procedures.

Develop and manage an engaging career page.

Manage Knowles Precision Devices’ Applicant Tracking System and job postings.

Manage the internal job bidding process.

Support diversity initiatives. Ensure Talent Acquisition is EEO compliant. Develop and implement diversity recruitment initiatives.

Develop and implement Talent Acquisition marketing activities, including digital and print advertisements.

Develop and implement KPD’s college recruitment strategies. Build partnerships with applicable universities. Schedule and attend career fairs.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Prior full-cycle recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience recruiting for technical and senior-level management roles.

Ability to maintain a req count of 5-20 open positions, including hard-to-fill, time-consuming roles.

Experience using LinkedIn recruiter required, experience using Handshake and Pinpoint a plus.

Experience recruiting for confidential openings.

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.

Professional HR certification preferred.

Must be a U.S. citizen, US Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.
