As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a part of a high-quality Talent Acquisition team, that enables our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to interview and select high quality talent. The combination of our existing and newly acquired talent will position Regal Rexnord to outperform our competitors in the marketplace. This role will include full cycle recruiting which will include full ownership of end-to-end processes, partnering with the HRBP and Hiring Manager to scope the talent profile, develop sourcing strategies, qualify, and attract high quality candidates. This role provides the opportunity to be a part of the Corporate HR organization and explore other areas of HR, outside of Talent Acquisition, based on one’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle recruiting including posting the role, actively sourcing candidates, screening to evaluate candidate suitability, scheduling interviews and extending offers
- Provide high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain necessary tracking, included OFCCP compliance
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
- Partners with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to gather hiring requirements, prepare job descriptions, develop sourcing strategies and post job openings within the ATS
- Participate in strategic talent planning with HR and the Business to identify current talent gaps and potential future opportunities
- Ensure presentation of diverse candidate slates for consideration and encourages strategic approaches for incorporating diversity in the search process
- Leverage online recruiting resources and strategies to develop high quality candidate slates for HRBPs and hiring Managers to engage with.
- Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with HRBPs and business leaders to understand business strategy, evolving talent needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator on the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Keep current with market trends and use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the passive high-quality talent and pipeline for future opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of professional and technical; most specifically in Corporate Functions (I.E. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven capability in effectively handling concurrent hiring priorities and partners at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines
- Experience using recruiting tools such as an ATS and direct sourcing tools and techniques. Workday experience a plus!
- Ability to lead up and influence
- Demonstrated collaboration and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, organized, detailed and planful
- Ability to influence, lead, and coach at all levels within the organization
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
