This position partners closely with the Human Resources Business Partners.

What will you do?

• Partner with hiring managers of all levels to identify staffing needs
• Full-cycle recruitment while maintaining a strong sense operational focus, supporting the hiring needs of our operations teams across the US
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Position XIFIN as an attractive workplace on various social networking platforms
• Build and foster university partnerships, and community and industry associations
• Accurately track recruitment metrics and data, and subsequently leverage the data for process improvement
• Log recruitment activity in an ATS

What qualifications are needed?

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Communications, Psychology, or relevant discipline required
• Demonstrated successful high volume recruitment track record
• Strong interpersonal skills and resilience
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to pivot and flex constantly
• Resourceful when in pursuit of information or insights
• Sense of humor required!
