The ideal candidate will have proven success in filling positions while meeting KPI’s and providing a positive candidate experience. They also have the aptitude to design, develop, implement, and oversee the recruiting processes and strategies while leading and exemplifying the company culture.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Partners with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to implement an integrated local sourcing strategy to optimize and drive a best-in-class recruitment program to meet current talent needs and future business growth and attract top talent


  • Is a culture champion who engages and sells the brand with enthusiasm; communicating the vision and values of the organization to potential employees.

  • Recruits for all community positions and liaisons with heads of departments to ensure staffing levels are within budget.

  • Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods, and develop/revise job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies.

  • Monitors active job postings both sponsored and on the company website. Lists all exempt and non-exempt (corporate and operational positions) on our website and external organizations.

  • Actively participates in networking events and online platforms to maximize employer branding.

  • Coordinates internships and externships with local schools.

  • Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced and efficient recruitment process.

  • Integrates diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent acquisition programs & initiatives.

  • Partners with the Talent Acquisitions Manager and VP of HR to proactively identify problem areas impeding the success of a search and create/implement solutions to resolve

  • Develops strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

  • Proactively creates and maintains a talent pipeline for future or new position openings.

  • Manages applicant tracking systems, creates reports and metrics analysis (time to fill, turnover, etc.) and update management on a regular basis.

  • Conducts trainings, including interviewing, candidate assessment, candidate experience and onboarding training.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

  • Performs any additional duties or tasks assigned


Qualification Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of previous recruiting experience; preferably in a property management setting.


  • College degree preferred.

  • Additional language ability preferred


Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Experience in talent acquisition process management and strategy creation

  • Experience driving innovation to hire critical talent

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.

  • Additional language ability preferred.

  • Tactfully and patiently work with applicants and defuse frustration they may have while in the pre-hire process.

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
