Essentra is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a recruiter, you would be responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment including, but not limited to; sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding employees to the organization in partnership with HR managers and hiring managers

Responsibilities

  • Supports the recruitment process and lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, assessments and offers.
  • Builds applicant pipeline by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies and internet sites;
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Focuses on providing a positive candidate experience, by ensuring appropriate follow up & professional communication with candidates at all levels in the process.
  • Provides recruitment guidance and insight to hiring managers and HR managers with Talent Acquisition related data.
  • Provides a positive hiring manager experience and ensures regular updates to hiring managers is taking place.
  • In conjunction with the HR Managers, identifies talent gaps and proactively recruits and sources; developing a talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of employees from entry level to Manager, experience recruiting production/industrial associates preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR Managers and Hiring Managers.
