Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating salaries, extending job offers, etc. for all direct hire positions for Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions. This position will collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic recruitment plans, develop relationships with potential candidates, recruit both active and passive candidates and continually work to develop and improve Ultimus’s recruitment processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle process;
  • Determine position requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications;
  • Source candidates from a variety of online tools and networks;
  • Evaluate applicants, screen candidates to determine eligibility, conduct initial phone screens and work with hiring managers on follow-up interviews;
  • Post new vacancies and prepare internal company-wide vacancy communications;
  • Performing outreach activities via social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed and similar) and professional organizations in candidate searches;
  • Develop strong relationships with all Ultimus LeverPoint Management;
  • Partner with the Talent Development team to support successful candidate onboarding;
  • Partner with recruitment team to support diversity in recruitment efforts, supporting company-wide initiatives, working closely with HR and Operations to ensure full adoption, accountability and reporting;
  • Use applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track and manage applicants through the recruitment and selection process;
  • Ability to multi-task between different tasks and internal demands throughout the day;
  • Continually updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; internal company and team trainings; maintains personal networks; participates in professional development opportunities.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge and Skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment independently or as a team;
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and effectively meet deadlines;
  • Must have a high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills with good organizational, time management, setting prioritizes and analytical skills.
  • Most possess excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to maintain strong intercompany relationships;
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of professionalism in the performance of duties and;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in recruitment or similar background preferred;
  • Minimum of an Associate’s in Communication, Human Resources or similar preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel;
  • Ability to multitask, time management, attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills required;
  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with current and potential clients;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
