Partner with the best
To be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support, field services, or other service requests. Develops an operational year plan for their own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
As a TCP Technical Support Engineer - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical guidance and support to create solutions for our customers
- Working together with senior leadership stakeholders to specify needs, communicates about current and future projects, and presents outcomes of research done.
- Handling latitude in project technique and this process requires choosing right approaches therefore employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
- Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and ensuring technical Support Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
- Troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support for facility and flow diagnostics

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the Engineering field or college or equivalent work experience
- Havegeneral knowledge and understanding of TCP.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience of Oilfield Wireline Operations
