We are a small residential cleaning service in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. Our work environment includes on the job training in a fast paced, lively atmosphere.
We are seeking a responsible and self-motivated Team Leader. The successful candidate will work closely with his or her team of cleaners, delegating, coaching and supporting as needed. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned house cleans are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate daily tasks for efficiency.
- Identify and respond to challenges and conflicts calmly.
- Assign tasks appropriately each day, and monitor the progress.
- Make sure that the team has all the necessary resources to fulfill workload each morning.
