Responsibilities for team members:

• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Responsibilities for Shift Managers

• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
• Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
• Effectively and efficiently manage the restaurant
• Manage day to day operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making and Team Member support
• Reporting to the assistant or general manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
• Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines
• Assist in training of new employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
