Union Square Events is looking for a Team Member to join their growing team at Shake Shack in the PNC Arena! Pay rate at $19/h Founded in 2005 as Hudson Yards Catering, Union Square Events is a culinary and operations leader in the hospitality industry, partnering with a diverse portfolio of best-in-class clients. We produce one-of-a-kind catered events and unparalleled dining experiences in a variety of cultural, corporate, entertainment, and private venues throughout New York City and beyond.
What you'll do:
- Consistently provide an outstanding guest experience
- Consistently provide an outstanding culinary experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days, nights, and weekends
- Maintain facilities in compliance with DOH standards
- Knowledge of fast casual-style food, service, and beverage programs
- Experience using POS systems Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Knowledge of DOH policies and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What we need from you:
- 1+ years of previous food service and/or customer service experience
