Responsible for all aspects of the tracking and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas impacted by the project including end users, stakeholders and project sponsor(s). Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to process standards and reviews project deliverables. Serves as a liaison to the Engage PMO and client project managers (external) as needed.

What will you be doing?
  • Create project plans with relevant team members and ensure project templates are used/updated as appropriate.
  • Create and manage project templates in coordination with other relevant stakeholders including Computer Systems Validation, Application Development, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Client Account Leadership.
  • Serve as a direct liaison with our internal PMO office to provide status updates, RAID logs and other related project tasks.
  • Perform project risk management for Digital systems and create the required status reports. Manage all project deliverables on time.
  • Identify the resources needed for the project and ensure alignment to project priorities.
  • Work with the customer to prioritize activities to focus work efforts and support activities to address new or changing business needs.
  • Work with the stakeholders to determine and document the appropriate level of Enterprise Project Life Cycle deliverables and milestones to ensure a successful outcome for each program implementation.
  • Advise in designing an effective organizational structure as it relates to expanding the TPM function within Engage and help establish best practices as the organization grows.
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management, as needed.
What do you need for this position?
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 5+-years of industry-specific experience.
  • Strong IT technical and project management skills with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across various sites, and organize complex information.
  • Must possess initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Must display great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications.
