Technical Recruiter

CSI Tech is actively seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in our Corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying key IT talent for our Fortune 500 clients and will provide support for our local and national clients. In this role, you will be given access to all the best tools & technology to have an innovative – streamlined, recruiting approach. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurturing candidate relationships. Planning and executing successful recruiting tactics require plenty of collaboration, so we are looking for a team player who is ready to hit the ground running.

The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Partner with sales team to learn about the client base serviced

· Identify key talent for contract, contract to hire & direct hire positions with CSI Tech’s clients, utilizing all possible tools & avenues to ensure complete coverage on key jobs.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years previous technical sales or technical recruiting experience

· Competitive and Goal-Driven

· Ability to establish credibility & rapport quickly

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities is essential

· Technical proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, including Word and Excel

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems- Bullhorn is a plus

· Bachelor's degree preferred
